The Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut Invites Public Comment on its Amended Tribal Transportation Improvement Program Plan to Further Address the Rehabilitation of its Bridge Infrastructure

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut (“Tribe”), pursuant to 25CFR 170.424-441, is proposing an amended Tribal Transportation Improvement Program (“TTIP”) plan to address the short-term rehabilitation of its bridge infrastructure. The Tribe intends to submit the amended TTIP to the United States Department of Transportation. 

From August 11, 2026 through September 9, 2026, the Tribe will accept written comments from the public on the proposed amended TTIP. Please submit electronic comments no later than midnight on September 9, 2026, to [email protected].

This is an opportunity for the public to offer written comments on the amended TTIP.
