Mohegan Tribal Fire Responds to Groton Apartment Fire

On Sun., May 31, 2026, just after 3 am, the Mohegan Tribal Fire Department was dispatched to Ledgewood Road in Groton for a 3rd alarm structure fire. Upon arrival, they provided a rapid intervention team while multiple departments were operating on a  5-story apartment complex with heavy fire showing.
