Mohegan Tribal Fire Provides Mutual Aid to House Fire

On Fri., Jan. 23, 2026, the Mohegan Tribal Fire Department was dispatched to assist the East Great Plains, Norwich, and Yantic Fire Departments for a house fire on New London Turnpike. Upon arrival, our crew of four provided a Firefighter Assist and Safety Team (FAST) standby while the crews worked to extinguish the fire.
