Mohegan Tribe Invites Public Comment on Its Amended Long-Range Transportation Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE

THE MOHEGAN TRIBE OF INDIANS OF CONNECTICUT INVITES PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITS AMENDED LONG-RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN AMENDED TO FURTHER ADDRESS THE SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM TRANSPORTATION NEEDS OF THE TRIBE’S TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

The Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut (“Tribe”), pursuant to 25 CFR 170.409-414, is proposing an amended Long-Range Transportation Plan to address the short-term and long term needs of the Tribe’s transportation system as it responds to the needs of the community (“amended LRTP”).  The Tribe intends to submit the amended LRTP to the United States Department of Transportation.

From May 27, 2023 through June 30, 2023, the Tribe will accept written comments from the public on the proposed amended LRTP.  Please submit written comments postmarked no later than June 30, 2023 to:

This is an opportunity for the public to offer written and oral comments on the amended LRTP. The proposed amended LRTP will be available for public inspection on the Mohegan Tribe website www.mohegan.nsn.us.
