Incumbent in this position is responsible for the management of the Surveillance Technical Group operations including budgeting, research & development, project management, inventory control and supervision of CCTV, Access Control and Digital Recording Head-end Systems and other related electronic fields, among several other duties.
Incumbent directs the surveillance and monitor room operations of all gaming activities, cashier, and retail and back of house operations, access control and count rooms at Mohegan Sun in accordance with established policies and in compliance with the State of Connecticut/Mohegan Tribe Gaming Compact and related regulations. Also maintains indirect oversight of Mohegan Sun Pocono’s Surveillance department, among several other duties.
Incumbent in this position is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing all CCTV, access control and other related electronic systems.
Incumbent in this position is responsible for research, analysis and documentation of materials in the Surveillance operations and Surveillance Technical departments, including intelligence. Also performs related data entry and programming, prepares written reports and assists with projects.
Incumbent in this position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of all CCTV-applicable Access Control and Digital Recording software and server side systems. Assists with supervision of and may also perform the duties of the Physical Security Specialist as needed.

Incumbent provides analysis of all gaming and related casino department operations to locate vulnerabilities for employee collusion, player cheating techniques and other anomalies. Also identifies improvements in processes, procedures and practices that provide opportunities to maximize growth and revenue.

Incumbent in this position is responsible for the management of system administration and PC/Server installations for all CCTV, Access Control and Digital Recording Head-end Systems. Supervises and may also perform the duties of the Physical Security Engineer as needed.
Oversees the assigned shift surveillance and monitor room operations of all gaming activities, cashier operations and count rooms at Mohegan Sun in accordance with established policies and in compliance with the State of Connecticut/Mohegan Tribe Gaming Compact.
Responsible for protecting the integrity and the monitoring of all gaming activities, including table games, race book, slots, hard and soft count rooms, and cashier operations at Mohegan Sun.
Supervises Surveillance Officers. Performs the duties of Surveillance Officer as needed.
Incumbent in this position is responsible for the project management of CCTV, Access Control and Digital Recording Head-end Systems. Also manages department inventory and the product requisition process. Performs the duties of Surveillance Technical Operations Manager, as needed.
Incumbent in this position supervises the Electronic Technicians and prioritizes, organizes and assigns work projects; may also perform the duties of Electronic Technician as needed.
Incumbent is responsible for managing the operation of the Surveillance Technical Group’s analog video and access control systems and providing Monitor Room operations with system support as needed.
