Review
Any party aggrieved by a decision of the Trial Court may appeal to the Court of Appeals within thirty days after the entry of the written judgment or order of the Trial Court. The procedures for filing an appeal are set forth in the Law and Order Code, MTC § 1-74 et seq.

The Constitution of The Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut provides that all judicial review powers of The Mohegan Tribe not exercised by the Gaming Disputes Court shall be vested in The Council of Elders. Procedures for obtaining review of decisions of the Court of Appeals by the Council of Elders are set forth in the Law and Order Code, MTC § 1-101 et seq.
