The rich history and culture of native peoples
has often been neglected in school curricula.
With renewed interest in Mohegan contributions to this
critical part of American history, this site provides
access to a number of resources and materials for educators,
researchers and those with a general interest.
We have tried to put as much material online here as possible,
but this site also provides links to many additional
resources. You'll also find ways to gain hands-on
interaction and learning through programs like the
Archaeological Field School and the Cultural Outreach programs.
